  Not the perfect 3-bedroom villa - issues with the owner, location on main road, moisture and dirt in the premises. Below, I will do my best to provide most relevant and detailed information. Issues with owner - on our arrival he insisted for 15% (100 EUR) more payment in cash. During our reservation we made an honest mistake that we found on arrival and disclosed with the owner. Initially we booked 4 adults, 3 kids but the reservation got cancelled midnight due to failed automatic payment. On the very next day we immediately re-booked the property - on a higher price, but for only 2 adults ... unfortunately in the hurry, we overlooked this part. Once we got there the owner started bargaining for more money as we were more people - for him it didn't matter that the bill is for the entire property, not per guest. Screenshot attached that different guest number does not change the bill. Location - the villa is located on the main road, where overnight it is noisy due to cars and motorbikes passing fast. We also had noisy neighbours but let's say this can happen everywhere. Sozopoli beach is not the greatest one - summer 2025 we encountered not so well maintained and cleaned beach. Premises and cleanliness - the villa looks to be maintained not for hospitality but for quick money. Two bedrooms are in the basement, one is on the attic. Only one air-conditioning in the attic bedroom - totally insufficient for the whole property. Filthy electric fans in the basement bedrooms (photo). Old and dirty bathrooms.

  Любезен персонал, страхотна храна в ресторанта,а за , който иска да си сготви има всичко необходимо в кухнята.Гледката е страхотна, леглата удобни . Всички от групата ни са доволни и нямаме оплаквания.Харесваме Созополи, защото е много спокойно.Има цяла огромна свободна ивица .за трети път идваме и догодина ще посетим отново 👍Да допълня ,че и нашето кученце си прекара чудесно заедно с нас

  Nu am servit micul dejun la proprietate. Langa este o taverna cu mancare delicioasa. Am avut masina de spalt rufe care a fost un plus.

  Camerele sunt mici, aer conditioant este doar sus la etaj, la demisol sunt ventilatoare iar la parter nimic. Jos, la bucatarie lipseste o masa .
