    Did not stay..

The property was very nice. I booked through booking.com BUT after gaining access to the room, we discovered that the housekeeping had not been completed. The bed was undone and there was sheets on the floor in the bathroom. We immediately went back to our car and called the facility. After going back and forth about 6 phone calls in, we were told that visitors had to evacuate AND we no longer had access to the room. So we were locked out, 5 hours away from home with no where to stay and the icing on the cake. I was charged for the stay.. So yeah…

Had to keep doors open for fresh air. Front room air conditioning wasn’t working therefore we had to stay in our room at

    The location

Our room smelled liked mold and mildew. Air conditioner wasn’t working. No back up toiletries required a 30 min drive one way at 10 pm. Messaging with property was slow and spotty.
