    Very disappointing and expensive Anniversary trip.

    Location was good.

    This tri-level Villa was furnished nicely. However there was no A/C on the main level which was where you would want to hang out. While the description indicated this, it also said that the breezes made it comfortable which it did not except for maybe a couple of hours early morning. We checked out 4 days earlier as this in addition to us being led to believe that things were back to normal after hurricane Lowell was not at all true if you were wanting to visit the nature preserves and parks which were all closed. The locals at near Ha’ena beach did not want tourist there. They left a fake green violation sticker on our rental which was hard the remove and very unwelcoming. Also the Villa rental company would not allow us to rebook or cancel and refund us for our stay unless our stay was before a Sept 21st. They offered us 10% off on our next stay and also a place with A/C however I feel like it was more about business then their guests experience in Kauai.
