    Exceptional

Absolutely amazing view. The beach is literally at your front door. This villa was a great size, clean and had running ac which is always a plus.

Had a great time, minus the construction happening next door.

Location to Rocky Point and the beach was quiet.

Cooking utensils seems cheap and old. Water at the house was an additional cost, not sure if that was stated up front.
