We had a brilliant holiday.
Excellent location just 2 minute walk to the marina. Fully equipped kitchen.
Beds very a little hard and no air con.

I’ve been to coming to these villas for over 10 years- great location but standards are not as high as previous times
Location is excellent and the villa is spacious
Cleanliness although I appreciate that loads of building work is surrounding the property making it very dusty. No water or welcome pack as previously (although there was a bottle of wine)which would be difficult if you had a late arrival like us. Not sufficient equipment in the kitchen or faulty e.g pedal bin not working and kettle wouldn’t switch off on it’s own

The villa overall was good
We stayed in one of these villas 2 years ago and was wonderful but this time it wasn't as nice we arrived and the pool was dirty cardboard in the pool. Outside didn't look like it had been cleaned. The small bedroom no wardrobe and one of the plugs loose. The main bathroom the shower leaked. So was a little bit disappointed this time around

Nice location, close to shops and restaurants. The sandy beach is about 1km away on foot. Plenty of space in the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the BBQ is nice to use. Usually plenty of space to park the car on the street – worst case, the adjacent supermarket has a lot of free space. The pool crew comes a couple of times a week to maintain the swimming pool. Towels and bed sheets are changed weekly if you stay longer than a week.
The owner has a few properties on the street, which seems to cause some confusion about villa allocation. The street numbering includes "La Calera 10," and plenty of guests show up at #10 by mistake, including us. A WhatsApp call to the provided number sorted this out quickly, the person spoke very good, clear English.
