Very nice appartment house. All clean, roomy, and well equipped. The private hot tub was amazing, the kids spent a lot of time there. The overall area is very nice, a lot of privacy, you hardly meet other people. The pool was great too. It is a short walk to the beach, and close restaurant.
A little bit further to some grocery store, or maybe we did not find it.

Relaxing
We had a wonderful week at Ville D’Ogliastra and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The whole region of Ogliastra is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and full of charm, with stunning nature, lovely beaches and a very relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation was perfect for our family, and our 5-year-old son especially loved the pool. During our stay he made huge progress with swimming and even became much more confident diving his head under water, which made the holiday extra special for us. A very special thank you also to Carolina, who was incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Her warm support made us feel very welcome. We would happily come back and can highly recommend Ville D’Ogliastra to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful holiday in Sardinia.

Peaceful luxury
This is a very relaxed, peaceful and quiet location that still has enough places that you can get food and drinks whilst enjoying a quiet beach. The property was great, really well equipped with everything that you need and the pool and grounds are very well maintained. The reception staff are very friendly and a late check in was not a problem at all.
On the whole the property was mostly clean, the bathrooms were clean but the kitchen floor still had bits of food on it from the previous guests and there was dry food on one of the sofas so it seemed like it had been cleaned in a rush. The kitchen floor needed a thorough sweep and mop especially as the ants are very quick to find anything left out! There were just a couple of details that would also be very cheap to fix, like a missing shower waste lid and one curtain hanging down from the end of the curtain pole in the kitchen. These things wouldn't cost a lot or take long to fix but would make it seem much more 5* rather than 3*.
