    Bellissima villetta con spazioso e verde territorio

    Bellissimo territorio. Curato e spazioso. Tranquillo e silenzioso.

    Lo spazio del territorio non sfruttato sopra la villetta, un peccato. C'è un grosso spiazzo di cemento (ex campo da tennis) che potrebbe rendere ancora più unica la villa.

    Jolie maison fonctionnelle avec une belle terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique le tout dans un très beau jardin admirable entretenu. Proche des commerces et au calme à la fois. Voisin d'un couvent qui ne fait aucun bruit.. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. A 15 min de belles plages et de Gallipoli. A 30 min de Lecce.

    Dom w spokojnej okolicy z ogromnym i pięknym ogrodem.

    Dom położony w ustronnym i spokojnym miejscu, idealnym dla osób ceniących prywatność. Willa optymalna dla rodziny 2+2. Ogromny ogród dający poczucie dyskrecji. W okolicy piekarnia i dwie dobre restauracje.
