    Well-located, comfortable villa, patio are is exceptional and far outweighs minor issues internally

    Although we didn't meet the host, we had good contact on WhatsApp and we really appreciated being allowed earlier entry. The property was well located for Ostia beaches, Ostia Antica and trains to Rome. Secure parking was great, garden is large, well maintained and safe and the outdoor, covered patio area was excellent for evening relaxing. Bedrooms were very comfortable with good storage.

    Aspects of the property felt a little dated, though I appreciate in some respects that is the traditional charm of the house. We suffered a couple of power cuts from unknowingly using excessive electrical items (host was very helpful with instructions to find trip switch, but ideally we'd have known to prevent). The layout of the kitchen would perhaps benefit from a little reorganisation, making things easier to find but it didn't diminish the pleasure of our stay. In reality, most of the time was spent outside.

    Perfect stay if you need to be close to the airport.

    The house was located very near FCO airport which was perfect as we had a flight the next day. Riccardo, the host, was very prompt with communications and provided instructions on how to get to the house from the airport. He was very helpful and answered all our queries. The house had all the essential amenities needed and was very clean.
