    Haus mit italienischen Flair und tollen Außenbereich mit kleinen Mängeln.

    Viel Platz, tolle Terrasse und ein toller Garten. Und nicht zu vergessen der Pool. Daniela die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

    Sauberkeit lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Gläser und Tassen in den Schränken teilweise verschmutzt. Spinnweben und Verunreinigungen im Haus. Strom und Wasser sind manchmal ausgefallen. Es gibt einen Plan welcher Müll jeden Abend herausgestellt werden muss. Das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Allerdings laufen Nachts Wildschweine umher und zerstreuen den ganzen Müll vor dem Außentor. Andere Häuser in der Nachbarschaft haben das durch ein Gitter um die Mülltonnen besser gelöst.

    Le lave-linge nous a manqué. Des soucis avec le chauffage et l’eau chaude. Maison sombre. Et un peu trop éloigné de Rome.
