    Posizione ottima ma diverse pecche

    La posizione vicina al mare è eccezionale, 3 minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia

    La casa è molto calda, il parcheggio è fruibile solo se si ha un'utilitaria, le strade del paese sono strettissime e con un'auto di dimensioni medio-grandi diventa impossibile entrare, il parcheggio in paese è praticamente introvabile, a meno di mettere l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento, che non costa molto, 5€ al giorno, ma andrebbe specificato che quel posto auto va bene se si ha un'utilitaria. La casa è disposta su due piani, al primo, solo una delle due stanze ha il condizionatore, al secondo, il condizionatore è nell'anticamera tra le due stanze, è bene portare dei ventilatori. Al piano superiore il condizionatore funzionava poco, sarebbe opportuno pulire i filtri. Il foglio con i dettagli della raccolta differenziata riportava indicazioni errate, andrebbe aggiornato
