Der alte Hof mit Kakteen und Baldachin ist wunderschön und unser Zimmer war urig gemütlich und sauber. Die Tiere (Hunde und Katzen) sind verschmust und zutraulich. Der Ort ist perfekt um dem ländlichen Flair Siziliens nährzukommen und Ruhe zu finden. Die Gastgeberin Daria ist sehr freundlich und kocht köstliche Pasta.
Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber etwas marode: das Schloss klemmte sehr, das Dach leckte, ein Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Trotz Fliegengitter kommen viele Fliegen und andere Insekten ins Zimmer, ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett wäre ein echtes Upgrade. Wer das „rustikale Landleben“ sucht, den mag das nicht stören.

La Sicilia accogliente e genuina
La signora Daria è una donna di altri tempi, forte determinata, genuina e soprattutto molto accogliente e gentile. Il casale è un luogo che ti fa saltare indietro nel tempo. Li abbiamo trovato persone molto gentili e alla mano. È situato in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere mete come Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Noto...
Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, mancava un forno e forse qualche luce più forte in camera.
