After booking on Booking.com, I received a confirmation. I arrived in Hanoi and walked from the airport to the apartment. On the way, I texted to say I'd be there in half an hour. After I arrived, no one met me and they took a very long time to respond to my messages. In the end, they suggested I cancel the reservation and find another hotel. Terrible service. I'm very upset about this. I'm attaching a photo of the correspondence regarding the reservation.
