    Construction site

    Location.

    The whole building was covered in scaffolding and hoardings, with piles of rubbish and construction materials stacked up right in front of the aparment windows. It was a construction site with dust everywhere and hammer drills working from 8am to 4pm - completely unsuitable for guests. The host informed us that the building facade was undergoing renowation and the price was reduced by almost 40% as a result. However, this was never disclosed to us before or after the booking - had we known, we would not have considered staying there. To make matters worse, the AC failed over the last weekend while the outside temperature exceeded 35C. This was, without a doubt, our worst accommodation experience to date.
