    The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with a supermarket conveniently located in the same building and several beautiful parks just a short walk away. The area is quiet, safe, and perfect for exploring the city. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

    Comfortable full apartment.

    The apartment is quite spacious. The bedroom actually has 2 single beds, and the futon is also very comfortable. There are a couple supermarkets in the building below the apartment. There is also a part across the way that has public workout equipment, which we used daily, if that's your thing! The kitchen has one of everything you might want to cook with (big pot, pan, cutting board etc). It was quite a comfortable stay.

    The bedroom has good blackout curtains. The living room does not. Just be aware of that if you want to use both rooms for sleeping.

    The apartment itself is very well located—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of Tbilisi Old Town. Georgiy is a very welcoming, responsive, and helpful host. We asked for a few additional items, such as salt and detergent, and he provided them immediately. He responded promptly to all our requests, and we truly appreciated his hospitality and support throughout our stay.

    Just a small suggestion that could make guests’ arrival even more comfortable: it would be lovely to have a couple of bottles of water, along with some tea and coffee, available in the apartment. While the 24-hour SPAR store conveniently located in the building makes it easy to purchase these items, such thoughtful touches would be especially appreciated by guests arriving late or visiting Tbilisi for the first time.
