buildings and stairs looked run down and in some places falling apart. Did not have a resort feel.

Location was fine. Main bed was fine.

There were no paper towels or napkins only 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Second bedroom bed was hard and felt like you were in a hole. No trash bags and did not know where to take trash. The escalator stairs were wobbly. elevators did not work.
