    APARTAMENTO TRANQUILO Y CERCA DE ESTACION DE METRO Y AUTOBUSES

    La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene. Tiene todo relativamente cerca. Una estación de metro y autobuses está a dos manzanas y desde hay, puedes ir a cualquier parte. El barrio es tranquilo y el apartamento tiene todo lo básico.

    La verdad es que no hay muchas cosas negativas, excepto, a mi gusto, la ducha tiene una cortina en vez de una mampara y el mobiliario del balcón está bastante estropeado.

    The apartment was lovely, slightly basic but still has everything you need. The view from the apartment is beautiful. Definitely good value for money. Getting into the apartment was very easy once you get the code. The area is very easy to navigate, lots of things in walking distance and trains/trams opposite. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

    Location, location, location!

    We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. The apartment was very spacious and had a really relaxed feel. Arriving there, or leaving was always fantastic as we came out to see the wonderful Parliament buildings opposite. Although we didn’t need it, the second bedroom is a great plus and a lovely space.

    We are tree lovers, but had no love at all for the tree which is right in front of the balcony obscuring most of the view of the Parliament buildings. There are a number of minor maintenance issues which could be done very simply, and which would bring everything up to a very high standard. 1)Fixing the curtain tiebacks, 2)fixing the shower head bracket, 3)checking the drainage from the basin in the bathroom which drains very slowly, 4)fixing the shutter strap, 5)fixing and glueing the bedside cabinet and the wardrobe door which have both come loose, and, most importantly, 6)fixing the door of the icebox in the fridge. The fridge froze our food solid. These are not big issues, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
