Central property close to Metro Station generally good value for your money
The location is good and overall the property is in a reasonable state
The information regarding where the property is located is incorrect as it talks about a side street whereas the entrance is on the main street and is actually number 17A not 17.The bed is a major letdown as mentioned by previous guests.It is a wooden frame which creaks constantly when moving but the main issue is the matress which currently has a very bobbily topper on it which is not fit for purpose and I had to turn it upside down to get any sleep atall.The frying pan needs replacing not fit for purpose and it would be helpful if some info regarding tv channels available as all I could access was You Tube

Really good address in Sofia, I highly recommend this place in Sofia
Quiet neighborhood and apartment, furnished with good quality furniture (except for the bedroom mattress) and electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are clean and functional, just perfect for a good stay near the city center of Sofia. Smokers will appreciate the small balcony to relax in the evening and all to have breakfast outside.
A better mattress in the bedroom would have been really appreciated given the comfort of this apartment. With a soft and plush mattress, I would have given the grade of 10.

Квартира очень уютная,просторная,в реальности оказалось даже лучше,чем на фото.Все есть для комфортного проживания-микроволновка,кофемашина,тостер,вся посуда.Телевизор с множеством каналом на разных языках.Удобное заселение/выезд.В пешей доступности метро,супермаркет Billa,остановка.Тихий,уютный район,рядом мини магазинчики,фрукты/напитки/минимаркет.Администрация всегда на связи.Очень рекомендую!
