    Budget friendly, centrally located snd comfortable stay.

    Extremely close to the colosseum. There are restaurants at your doorsteps but we took the walk to other areas in room and enjoyed a good meal. They do have a very tiny elevator, that comfortable accommodates 2 people with some luggage, which helped since the apartment is located on the 5th floor. The apartment has AC., 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed and you’re able to accommodate a group of 4 comfortably. If you had any issues, the host, Gianluca is as very helpful and responsive. The location is about a 20-25 minute walk to trevi fountain and 40 mins from piazza del Popolo.

    The amenities are a bit outdated but keep in mind this is an old city. So it’s expected.

    The location was amazing with the colosseum right on our doorstep and major sites within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and we liked that a few snacks and beers were provided (for an additional charge) making our arrival more enjoyable after a long flight. Made good use of the washing machine. There is a lift to get to the apartment.

    The apartment was very well equipped but missed some tiny details with key items like a tea towel and a few utensils for cooking and cleaning up for our family. We did not like that the apartment manager/cleaner entered the apartment with our belongings there before check out time, while we were out having breakfast. He would have been there for at least 10-15 minutes with our bags unlocked.
