    Дуже приємна, охайна та чиста квартира позитивної пані господарки. Реальність відповідає фото, розмір квартири - те що треба для 1-2 людей. Комфортний матрац. Але головним плюсом, безсумнівно, є поєднання центральної локації із абсолютною тишею всередині - вікна виходять у внутрішній дворик, і цей порятунок від шуму і натовпу - це просто скарб!

    Будинок історичний, а отже, певні обмеження щодо комунікацій даються взнаки. Були невеличкі історії з газовим котлом, напором води, але власниця сприяла у їх вирішенні навіть вночі.

    Моя оцінка хороша, рекомендую

    Чисто, хороший ремонт, було все необхідне до дрібничок, центр. Приємна власниця. Кондиціонера немає, але таке розташування, що у спеку 37 на вулиці, не відчувалась спека у приміщенні.

    В застосунку вказано 2 ліжка, насправді одне двоспальне ліжко і диван, диван маленький не пристосований для спання дорослої людини, але був матрац і підставили стілець, пристосувались.
