Bellissimo appartamento con una vista mozzafiato sulle isole Borromee! Buona la comunicazione con l'agenzia sempre disponibile a rispondere alle varie domande.
E' la prima volta che mi capita di dover noleggiare le lenzuola in un appartamento e avendo scelto il noleggio mi aspettavo che almeno il letto venisse fatto e non di doverlo fare io! Purtroppo faceva davvero molto freddo e non c'era la possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento essendo centralizzato! (consiglio di aggiungere qualche coperta in più!).

Apartment is very cleaned and big
View
There is no internet 🛜 password in the room upon arrival. Host was not reachable for 12 hours . No iron . No heat until oct 15 . Apartment temperature was very low (17.5) inside the apartment, which is not comfortable for shower . Host allowed me to use little heater fan with bad results :( Power was shot down when washing machine and fan were used . I need to disturb the neighbors to help me to fix problem by myself. View is amazing

-La grande terrasse. -La vue magnifique sur le lac majeur et les îles. -La taille de l'appartement adaptée pour une famille de 4. -La proximité de centre de Stresa même si ça monte au retour et si une portion de route peut être dangereuse avec des enfants.
-Le bruit continue des voitures et des motards. Une route assez passante est sous l'appartement. Le passage de certains véhicules est bruyant. -Attention le propriétaire prélève le paiement en Francs Suisses et non en Euros ce qui est nullement indiqué sur l'annonce et dans les conditions de paiement. Cela manque clairement de transparence d'autant plus que ce prélèvement implique des frais de commission qui sont à la charge du loueur ! A ce jour Booking n'a pas répondu pour trouver une solution. Cela gâche un peu l'expérience. -Au final le rapport qualité/prix reste décevant (pas de draps, pas de serviette qui sont en supplément et pas de produits de lavage pour le lave vaisselle).
