We were hoping for a terrace, but it turned out there wasn't one. The offer on Booking.com is misleading. The apartment is clean and in a good location. Parking is available behind the fence.
Very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors in the bedroom from early morning, which makes it difficult to sleep. No kettle.

Comfortable apartment close to the centre of Trapani
The property is in a residential area, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Centro storico. The apartment itself is comfortable and clean, on the top floor, although access is easy with the lift. Private, allocated parking was available, which made it a very convenient place to stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, which was great as it was quite hot while we were there. However, the second bedroom is small, with only space for a double bed - no wardrobe or drawers, no aircon. The kitchen is tiny, and an awkward space, only room for one person, very little bench space. However, the laundry facilities were very good, and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient for a group. There is a good supermarket nearby, and a great little cafe/bar just across the street for coffee and breakfast!
Communication with the property was difficult, messages through the Booking.com system were mostly ignored. We eventually got a message on the day of check-in, via WhatsApp.

Esperienza poco professionale
La posizione è ottima, abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio privato videosorvegliato.
Host praticamente irreperibile: il numero indicato risulta fuori servizio e ai messaggi su Booking non risponde. L’host si è fatto sentire solo il giorno dell’arrivo, con le indicazioni per l’accesso. Capisco il concetto di no contact, ma non dovrebbe significare essere completamente irreperibili. L’annuncio indica l’aria condizionata, ma solo una delle due camere ha il condizionatore, mentre l’altro è in soggiorno. Una delle due coppie ha dovuto dormire con la porta aperta. Questa informazione dovrebbe essere specificata chiaramente nell’annuncio. Anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: capelli nella doccia, aloni sul lavandino e sul vetro, zanzare schiacciate sui muri, stoviglie sporche e addirittura residui di cibo di precedenti ospiti nel lavello della cucina. Infine, dopo avermi gentilmente sollecitata per il pagamento, una volta ricevuta la conferma non ho ricevuto neanche un semplice riscontro. Esperienza che non ripeterei e che non consiglio.
