    A decent hotel in a quiet area of NOLA and in walking distance from the major attractions.

    The room is nice, spacious enough and well equipped. The bed is comfy. The layout of the room is to get used to... as you enter through the bath-/ dressing room, but eventually it is very practical and as there are additional doors to the bedroom, there is hardly any noise to be heard from the hallways. The hotel is in a quieter area of NOLA, but still in walking distance from the major attractions.

    The staff could use some hospitality training, one does almost feel like one is not really welcome. The public restrooms in the lobby of the hotel could use some renovation and foremost some regular cleaning.

    I lost my drier license and Ken helped me find them that was the only good thing

    I checked in at 1am took a shower the shower knob broke off called down to front desk , the front desk had to move my room it horrible experience
