Fun and very pleasant.
Perfect location. Close to MSG and major subway lines. Chelsea and Flatiron and midtown all close by foot. Room had incredible view. 3rd floor space and restaurant excellent. Jerk chicken entree from room service was spectacular.

great location, but not clean
location is really good, you can see empire state building right outside of the window. quite a lot of choices in the minibar.
I have to say as a 4 stars hotel this cannot be count as a “clean hotel”, lot of stains on the table, broken window shades；the carpet looks worn out, like it hasn't been cleaned in ages.The bed is upholstered, and it definitely can't be cleaned for a long time. You might press your head against it when you sleep at night. The most ridiculous thing was that the elevator broke on the day we checked out. I waited in the elevator lobby with a few poor souls for 20 minutes and the elevator never showed up. I had no choice but to take the stairs down from the 11th floor. Several other people who had the same misfortune as me in the hallway also said this was totally "insane". When we got to the lobby, the front desk just casually said "We're repairing it", that's all, not even a single apology.

This hotel used to be great but now it’s beat up, run down, and understaffed.
Amazing location
Rooms are beat up. Housekeeping didn’t come multiple days.

La propreté ! Enormément de poussière dans la chambre. Salle de abin et wc sales. Très mauvais nettoyage. Personnel peu à l'écoute
