    In a walking distance (about 1km) to Virpazar, in a quite neighborhood. Lawn in front of the houses.

    The apartment needs a more thorough cleaning—it’s full of cobwebs, and I swept up trash from under the rugs, .... There’s a lot of dust. Minor maintenance repairs are needed (e.g., the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, and the faucet head in the sink needs to be replaced). I would recommend replacing the floor drain with one that traps odors from the septic tank without flooding the drain. More extensive renovations would be advisable: for example, relocating the air conditioner on the upper floor—it’s currently placed in a narrow corridor, cooling the downstairs area while leaving both bedrooms sweltering. On sunny summer days, the upper floor is unusable due to the lack of thermal insulation in the roof—it gets unbearably hot. The host should also reconsider the practicality of various decorative items that hinder the usability of the rooms. Similarly, stronger lighting would be helpful—the cottage is dim. A few watts of power won’t make a difference in the cost!

    ​Wonderful, spacious, and cozy house in Virpazar! It features a comfortable terrace with a swing, air conditioning on every floor, and convenient self-check-in. The kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, TV, audio system, and parking offer everything needed for a great stay. It’s just a 15-20 minute walk to kayak rentals. Highly recommended!
