  Great apartment central in the old town of Porto, nice view and very friendly host

  This was a very nice apartment within the old town of Porto (very central, easily accessible from the airport with bus 601 or 602). The apartment was very well equipped, everything that you need in the kitchen and bathroom including towles and bed linen. The view from the terrace was really nice, comfortable beds and great to have a washing machine (especially if you come with small luguage). The host was super friendly, nice and quick responses before our arrival and she welcomed us in person and gave us a lot of recommendations for Porto. She even texted me during our stay, if we would need anything. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't have anything that could be improved.

  Everything was just fine - nothing to complain about.

  Some great & some just ok features

  A spacious apartment, with 2 good size bedrooms. The host was very helpful, I collected the key from a locked box, it was easy. The apartment is on the top floor (level 6, apartment 6 F), there is an elevator. The terrace has great views. The location is good, close to many shops and places to eat and attractions. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was set up well for living. We stayed in February, the electric heating was ok for us.

  Like other reviews say, the apartment needs some updating. The bathroom especially needs some repairs and updating. I spent one morning unblocking the bathroom sink due to it's bad design. There is no air-conditioning and it is a busy party area, sleeping with doors open in summer would be a challenge. While the kitchen is well equipped, it needs some basic repairs to things like cupboard doors. A little updating would make this an exceptional apartment.

  Beautiful apartment in a great location.

  The terrace is massive and not overlooked by anyone, like a little oasis in the sky. The apartment is clean, bright and airy. The location was great, very social vibe in the evenings and close to everything we wanted but away from the most touristy parts.

  I can't think of anything. We didn't get to meet host as she was away but she was very communicative and helpful via messaging whenever we needed something.
