    Great location and comfortable stay overall

    Here is a review draft for your stay: Great location and comfortable stay overall We stayed at Viru Apartment for about 8 nights and really enjoyed our time here. It is a nice, centrally located apartment equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—within short walking distance to the Old Town, as well as many of the city’s other must-visit spots. There is also a great variety of shops, restaurants, and public transportation options right around the corner.

    The only area for improvement is communication and maintenance response times. We had an issue with the kitchen sink leaking; while it was eventually resolved, it took a couple of days for the host to react and fix it. Additionally, the bathroom sink seems to have a minor leak as well—even with the glass shower partition, water tended to accumulate on the bathroom floor during showers. Despite these minor maintenance delays, it is a fantastic place with an unbeatable location. Recommended!

    Convenient location next to the old town and a mall, with great facilities for a longer stay.

    The property is very close to the old town, so it's easy to walk to many of the tourist attractions. It's also right next to a large shopping mall, which made shopping and finding places to eat very convenient. The apartment has a kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, so it's well worth staying here for several days as a tourist.

    The labels for the body wash and shampoo in the bathroom were not clear, which was a minor drawback.
