I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, making me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again! 💜

The only downside was the sound insulation, as outside noise could sometimes be heard in the room. Improving this aspect would make the stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location; the tram station is just 3 minutes away. The hotel staff are very respectful—this includes the reception team, the staff in the breakfast area, and the housekeeping team.
