    Excellent, despite Zap Holiday's poor service,

    The location is great, the apartment is beautiful and the beds were very good. The house is beautiful and the common area neat and bright, great garden.

    Renting through Booking, and then getting a mail from someone you don't know who is going to charge us for prepaid insurance is something I don't want to see, if I rent from Booking, I want Booking to take the insurance and return it to the person concerned. ZapHoliday's communication with us was at a low level, received a threat in the mail that if the returns were not so and so, they would take the insurance, but the communication with Robin was good, he was an excellent contact with the customer. The fact that the keys are not delivered on site is very poor. Long way to collect and return keys
