If you can handle the steps, this apartment is in a great location!!
Great property in a great location! Property is 100’ from some of the best shopping and restaurants in all of lake como. The space was updated and roomy and had a bonus rooftop balcony.
The property is located on the 3 floor with no elevator, which was a challenge bringing up 4 pieces of full size luggage… could use some better lighting, as the living room was very dim, and another set was flickering….

Lokalizacja, metraż apartamentu. Ciekawy wystrój.
Milion kartek - listów, instrukcji , przestróg. Nie działające lampki. Dziwny system kontaktów i przedłużaczy. Łazienka obłożna korkiem, wyglądała co najmniej dziwnie. Płyta indukcyjna była niesprawna gdyż najprawdopodobniej wymagała tylko resetu.

Una meraviglia di appartamento! Inoltre, l'assistenza ha mandato informazioni super chiare e facili da seguire, hanno sempre risposto molto velocemente ai messaggi e ci sono venuti incontro in modo molto carino. E' stato tutto veramente molto apprezzato.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Como
This is a beautiful, spacious, apartment right in the heart of Como old town, five minutes walk from the lake shore and 15 minutes walk to the train station. The apartment was nicely appointed, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. We had a few issues with several blown light bulbs when we arrived, but Riccardo resolved these within a few hours. Excellent! The outdoor space on the roof terrace was a lovely bonus.
