Located in a quiet mixed residential / holiday home area It is well equipped appartment on the top level of a small block giving great views. Within walking distance of a nice local beach, while Fuseta and Olhao, and a couple of good restaurants and supermarkets, are just a short drive.away.The owners are very helpful.
Nothing to dislike, just be aware there are stairs only to the appartment.

Ottima vita e bella vista.
Alloggio al secondo piano in un complesso di appartamenti situati a qualche chilometro da Olhao, in un zona tranquilla e a quattro passi dal Ria Formosa. Struttura con un bel terrazzino con vista sulle saline e sul Ria, ideale per godersi la cena cullati dalla brezza dell'Atlantico. Cucina molto ben attrezzata, camere ben distribuite, condizionatori e wifi ben funzionanti, lavatrice con fornitura di detersivo. Pulizia impeccabile e apprezzabile la cortesia del gestore. E' importante sapere che l'appartamento é ottimo per tutto, ma é anche fondamentale prevedere di doversi spostare in auto per fare la spesa o raggiungere i ristoranti della vicina città. C'é una spiaggetta sul Ria Formosa a qualche centinaio di metri dall'appartamento, con un noleggio canoe, ma se si vogliono vedere le spiagge posizionate direttamente sull'oceano bisogna spostarsi. Per noi non é stato un peso, anzi, é stato un plus.
Bagno un po' piccolo, ma perfettamente funzionale. Per chi ama la movida può essere ostico adattarsi alla tranquillità di questa sistemazione e potrebbe essere un difetto, ma per noi é stato un enorme pregio.

La casa bien, la zona muy aislada
La casa está muy bien, tiene una terraza muy agradable, la habitación es amplia y el salón también. Hay bastante corriente con lo que se puede dormir incluso tapada! (junio 2026)
- Al llegar las llaves no estaban en el cajetín y tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos a que vinieran a abrirnos tras varias llamadas. - La playa que está cerca, realmente no es una playa, no puedes echar el día y bañarte, puedes pasear si acaso. - Pocos detalles, apenas había papel higiénico ni gel de ducha, tuvimos que comprar. - No hay ningún servicio alrededor: no hay supermercado, ni restaurantes, ni bares... hay que coger el coche para todo.
