It was a 10-15 minute walk from the center which was nice to avoid crowds and nice for an after dinner walk. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was decently clean, but there were some missed areas. Roberta was kind, but communication was slow. There is a parking space for a very small car.
The biggest problem is that it is incorrectly listed as a 2 bedroom - there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen & living room (LR) combo which has a bunk bed in the corner, but it is not a separate room, and there is no space for them to store their clothing, etc. This made it difficult to use the kitchen/LR in the morning without waking the one sleeping in the common area. It was on the main road, and while across the main road from the water, it was difficult to see or hear the water due to the road noise and plants blocking the view. I was willing to spend more to stay in this apartment because of the location on the water and the 2 bedrooms, but those did not meet expectations. The bedroom is very tight making it difficult to use the closets. Also: broken toilet seat and kitchen faucet, no bathroom or dish soap, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 days, and no wine glasses.

La posizione dell'appartamento era molto comoda per il centro, la vista era davvero fantastica. Abbiamo sempre mangiato nel patio esterno, e la bellissima situazione ha fatto superare il disagio di essere proprio affacciati sulla strada principale. La proprietaria, pur se non residente sul posto, ha seguito con molta attenzione il nostro soggiorno organizzando celermente la sostituzione della bombola del gas, ed inoltre è venuta incontro con molta cortesia e collaborazione ad una nostra richiesta extra. Da sottolineare che ad ogni nostro contatto lei ha sempre risposto immediatamente. Mia figlia che spesso ha problemi a prendere sonno fuori casa ha apprezzato particolarmente la comodità del letto.
Il posto auto compreso nella locazione nel garage condominiale riserva uno spazio minimo ad ogni appartamento, con conseguenti problemi di manovra, soprattutto avendo noi un grosso monovolume.

la casa e dotata di tutti i confort ottima per famiglia o due coppie di amici, il mare e praticamente davanti casa con una spiaggia molto bella e bar adiacente per fare colazione e anche pranzare
