¡Fantástico verano!
La terraza es acogedora y ofrece intimidad. El mantenimiento del complejo es bueno, jardines y piscina. El ambiente es tranquilo y silencioso.
A veces, venía un olor fuerte de las tuberías del baño, creemos que pueda ser del viento.

Complesso molto bello e tranquillo con piscina. Il supermercato adiacente alla struttura. In tre minuti di cammino si è sul corso pieno di negozi e locali per mangiare. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Molto ampia ed attrezzata strabella! L'appartamento è provvisto di utensili e piccoli elettrodomestici oltre alla biancheria da letto e cucina. Molto pulito e gradevole con un terrazzino attrezzato per mangiare fuori e relax. L'host Irene è meravigliosa, attenta ad ogni esigenza e sempre presente! Consigliatissimo 😎

super séjour
L'appartement est idéalement situé : un petit peu en retrait de la rue la plus active, mais suffisamment proche pour profiter des activités. Puerto del Carmen est la ville la plus active de Lanzarote, beaucoup d'anglais qui adorent le karaoké, et beaucoup de francais aussi. Environ 10 minutes de la plage, et juste en face de la piscine. Le logement est à 10 mètre en retrait du passage vers les autres condo, ce qui donne un peu d'intimité lorsque l'on déjeune sur le patio. Très bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. Plein de serviettes (trois serviettes de plages!) Confortable et très propre, j'y ai passé 14 jours impeccable. L'hôte Irène (assistée de Alexandra) est très serviable, à l'écoute et répond promptement. Remise des clés via un coffre sécurisé.
Tout était très bien, je reviendrai!

Definitely we loved the host - Irene was on the top of everything! We had an issue on the arrival, but resolved quickly and fairly, thank you Irene! We liked the location, swimming pool area in the front of the apartment, SPAR market located just by the complex, which was very convenient. Apartament fully equipped and practical
The apartment is good size and has all what you need, however the furnishing is is a bit outdated, it would be worth to invest a little. But considering the functionality, it is not an issue.
