  Lovely apartment but need to ensure the bath works

  The property was clean and modern with all the facilities that you would need and more. Very large bathroom for a 1 bedroom apartment, with a lovely lounge area and balcony. The pool was great and easily accessible by 2 lifts from outside the apartment. The pool was always quiet with on a few people using it. Sun loungers were always available.

  We had a problem with the hot water in the bath. As we had a baby with us, this was very annoying as our baby is scared of a shower and we purposely book this apartment because it had a bath. They knew there might have been a problem as they mentioned there was a leak in the bath previously. They should have fixed this before renting it out! At first we just had cold water. They did send someone over a few days later and gave us a baby bath in the mean time. However, my baby was too big for this bath (15months old). The plumbers temporarily fixed it but told us not to change the temperature. They said they will come back on Monday to fix it properly. The temperature of the water was HOT. Therefore, when taking a bath we had to add cold water from the sink. The plumbers did not come back on Monday. when I asked why, the agent told us they were reviewing the cost and would get back to me. This never happened! The bath was never fixed during our stay. Additionally, it was a Jacuzzi bath and we were excited to have one for our holiday but unfortunately this issue made it a big hassle to use.
