  Disappointed

  Location to restaurants bars beach double aspect

  Disappointed with amount of steps 40 in all to get from street level to the apartment,toilet seat broken and rusted hinges,lack of full length mirror,obnoxious smell from drain in kitchen therefore could not cook or eat in the apartment,dirty washing in the washing machine,generally a bit shabby standard of cleanliness poor,needs updating.

  disappointing with mould, a shame for a property with so much potential to be great

  location was good,

  - check in was organised with the property owner on the phone but in person was a woman who spoke no english so a broken translation check in, not ideal but we could look past that. - we had planned to arrive earlier than we did (and a check in was organised for us) but due to flight delays we had to come late and no signal meant we were unable to let the owner know until last minute. not there fault. - smashed bedside lights not ideal - property has so much potential but the peeling paint, cracks in the walls, black mould growing up the lounge wall and kitchen was a health concern let alone unsightly. - due to health problems we had to leave immediatley and contacted booking.com directly to address the issue. booking.com said they would handle this for us and communicate with the property owner as we had to rush about finding alternative accommodation and didint want to take further time up on our holiday messaging. - owner ignored contact from b.com until after the stay and then used that as a reason not to refund the stay. b.com thankfully stepped in and refunded from themselves some of the stay (nothing to do with the owner we got credit from the booking platform) - responses from the owner were blunt and ignored the mould issue in the messages and rather focused on the flat out refusal for a refund. - not even an apology for the mould and smashed light fixture as if thats something thats normal to check into. real shame as the place has so much potential. - hope the owner uses the money kept from our stay to address the issues in the property.

  OK för tre nätters övernattning, men inget att "bo" i.

  Lägenheten var OK.

  Det var inte uppvärmt när vi kom så första natten var kall. Det fanns inga täcken så vi fick filtar när vi bad m det. Efter ett dygn när vi satt på den värme som fanns så blev det varmt. Relativt brant trapp till 3e plan som denna låg på. Det saknades vettiga handdukar och det fanns bara en halv toa-rulle. Vi fick låna av våra vänner. Vi utnyttjade bara lägenheten för att sova i, så övrigt utöver badrum o dusch använde vi inte.
