Der Wellnessbereich war anstatt einer Entspannung eine Belastung und entspricht nicht unserer Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne
Grosse Zimmer und komfortabel Einrichtung
Der Wellnessbereich ist ohne Abkühlungsmöglichkeit und ist eine Fehlplanung. Es ist keine Entspannung möglich. Zahnputzbecher verschmutzt.

Sympathique sauf le repas du soir
La piscine et l’espace sauna sont magnifiques Le petit déjeuner L’emplacement La dame à la réception très accueillante
Le restaurant le soir était très décevant on est arrivé à 20h et la serveuse nous a mis la pression on a du se dépêcher de manger et on nous apportait le plat alors qu’on avait pas finit le précédent c’est une honte. La serveuse « Heidi » était extrêmement désagréable avec nous car nous ne parlions pas allemand et je n’ai pas pu manger le dessert qui était immangeable, les churros étaient durs et pleins d’huile. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas choisir sa table au restaurant car un coté du restaurant est bien plus joli avec la vue que l’autre qui est très sombre et donne sur le terrain de tennis.
