bien pero no para un resort 4 estrellas
la cordialidad de todo el personal, desde recepción, cocina, camareros, muy amables todos y proactivos.
el mal estado de las instalaciones del hotel, se nota muy descuidado (trozos de pared caídos en las zonas donde estaba mi habitación), zócalos descolgados, la tapicería de los sofás del apartamento claramente sucia de tiempo, muchas cosas rotas. Tampoco me gustó la calidad de la comida del buffet, vuelvo a destacar la enorme amabilidad del personal de cocina y camareros, que me sorprendió positivamente, pero el buffet no es de 4 estrellas, los postres excesivamente dulces y sin sabor, las comidas exceso de frituras y comida procesada, las opciones de pasta todos los días las mismas dos opciones (espagueti y otra pasta corta) y totalmente blanquecina y pasada, las salsas para acompañarlos igual, muy malas, los zumos expuestos en el desayuno malos. Lo que sí me gustó fue la calidad de los panes. En Canarias la calidad de los hoteles de 4 estrellas y resorts suele notarse en detalles como la variedad y calidad de los productos de la comida, así como en el cuidado del mantenimiento pero no lo noté en este caso, no se si es que están empeorando en general o puntualmente se trata de este hotel. Ahora si fuera por el personal, les pondría 5 estrellas, todos un encanto.
