    Vitanovački Mir is a peaceful retreat beneath the Homolje Mountains, beside a stream with fresh spring water, close to Vitovnica Monastery, known for Elder Tadej. Nearby flows the Pek River, where traces of gold still sparkle. The hosts are wonderful, and the trout they prepared was the best we have ever had.
