Please look into getting me a full refund from the Vittoria Home in Olbia, Sardinia. Not impressed

    NOTHING

She never responded to numerous messages and phone calls thru Booking.com for check in procedures. I gave her over three hours to respond and nothing. She finally got back with us after three hours past the check-in time. We had already booked another place bc it was getting late for us to find a place. I was still charged to stay even though we never set foot in the place. Tried to notify her again today with support of me reaching out on Tuesday and she has not responded. I would like a full refund!!!
