Beautiful, spotless and perfectly located
Absolutely beautiful apartment! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful in person. The apartment was spotless, very clean and beautifully maintained. The location was also excellent, on a lovely and exceptionally clean street. As someone from the Nordic countries, I especially appreciated how clean both the apartment and the surrounding street were. It made the whole stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was clear, easy and smooth, which was a big plus as well. We are 10/10 satisfied with our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

חווייה טובה ומיקום מעולה, יש כמה דברים לשפר
אהבתי את גודל הדירה והעיצוב שלה, דירה ענקית עם חצר יפה. המיקום פצצה, 5 דק' מגני בליני ורבע שעה נעימה מכיכר דואומו המרכזית. חדר אחד מתוך השניים קצת רועש, אבל ידענו את זה מראש ואם סוגרים את החלון זה לא כל כך נורא. גם שדרת המסעדות בפילומנה נמצאת ממש דקה משם אז זה עוד יתרון וכן אוטובוסים לכל קטניה. הבעלים היה מסביר פנים ונתן הרבה טיפים למה לעשות באזור.
הסדינים לא הוחלפו באחד החדרים כי חשבו שאנחנו לא נשתמש בשני החדרים, כשהערנו לבעלים הוא ישר אמר לנו איפה יש מצעים נקיים והחלפנו, זה לא נורא אבל זו הקטנת ראש. הריהוט לא הרגיש הכי נקי, אבל זה שום דבר שמגבון לא יכול לפתור. סופק רק נייר טואלט אחד, לא נורא כי ניתן לרכוש בזול בכל מינימרקט. אי אפשר היה לפתוח יותר מידיי את החלונות בגלל יתושים, בנוסף היינו צריכים לדאוג כל יום להוציא זבל לפי חוקים נוקשים של קטניה, זו לא אשמת הבעלים, אבל זה העיק כל יום להיות בלחץ בגלל זה. גם על המזגן במידה והיה צריך להשתמש, קיבלנו הסבר על כך שצריך להחליף את הבקבוק של המזגן כי הוא יטפטף לתוך הבית אם לא נעשה את זה. המגבות לא היו נעימות, אבל לפחות היו.

Perfect apartment highly recommended!
We loved the apartment with its high ceilings and bright, airy interior. A lovely balcony for breakfast or Al fresco dining. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent a short stroll from all the attractions and amenities of Catania. Massimo our host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely return next time we are in Catania.
