    Great new spacious apartment that is comfortable and we'll equipped. Bed was so cosy. Huge bathroom that was meticulously clean. There is paid access to health spa which we did not avail ourselves of as ours was a stopover night. Appreciated free undercover carpark. Communication with owner was good.

    Es war okay und hat meine Grundbedürfnisse erfüllt. Kommunikation muss deutlich verbessert werden.

    Die Lage, die Tiefgarage

    Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens habe ich das Zimmer wechseln müssen. Dafür habe ich Verständis, dennoch statt eines Zimmers mit Balkon und Aussicht, was ich gebucht hatte, ein Zimmer ohne Balkon zu bekommen und Aussicht auf eine Betonwand, fand ich nicht in Ordnung. Eine Einladung zum Frühstück in ein 2km entferntes Restaurant war für mich auch keine Option und Nachteilsausgleich. Auch nach persönlicher Rücksprache versicherte man mir, dass dieses Zimmer denselben Preis habe..na ja....Ich habe es hingenommen. Es gabe aus meiner Sicht keinerlei ausreichende Kommunikation darüber und auch keinen finanziellen Ausgleich, außer das angebotene Frühstück, was für mich inakzeptabel war.
