    We loved it, 10/10

    Everything was excellent, the staff was amazing g and helpful. So clean, and on time. Food was great, everybody find something they like

    Most of singing bands on evening made our big group sleeping, All the rest entertaining groups, like magic show, bubble show... was amazing. Buffet area was nice and clean, just was missing peppers of food names and allergies where mixed up. My dother is lactose intolerance, It was hard to understand what she can eat and what she can't.

    No housekeeping on sundays, no tea or coffee in rooms, humidity, beds not clean, staff unhelpful.

    Schönes, kinderfreundliches Hotel, jedoch starke Lärmbelästigung

    Die Unterkunft ist sehr familienfreundlich. Es gibt einen tollen Pool auch für kleine Kinder. Das Essen war insgesamt für ein Buffetessen sehr gut. Auch für Kinder gab es genug an Auswahl. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet!

    Sehr gestört hat uns der Wirbel und der Lärm im Hotel vor allem Nachts. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig dass wir ohne Ohrstöpsel keine Minute schlafen konnten. Unser Sohn (1 Jahr) war teilweise auch echt arm weil es so laut war und das Einschlafen schwer fiel. Die Müllabfuhr fährt mitten in der Nacht und leert Container vom Hotel aus, der Glasmüll wird um Mitternacht weggeschmissen, auch hört man Lärm von anderen Zimmern extrem. Auch an der Poolanlage und im Restaurant war es extrem laut und hektisch.
