Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Felt very comfortable and hospitable.
Location was amazing and very central! Apartment complex was very quiet and entrance was easy! Had all the amenities necessary, laundromat and grocery store on the same block. Very safe area, extremely well lit and populated. Secure entrance for the apartment.
The only thing I think thought was lacking was maybe having basic seasonings in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, sugar. But not a deal breaker :)

Only location is good
Owner's photos of this property do not show its real condition. It looked like that maybe 10 years ago. Accommodation is filthy and dirty everywhere. There is no sound insulation, so it feels like being directly on the street, twice at night nearby bins are emptied with horrendous noise, plus drunk people screaming until morning. The bed mattress is also old and hard as a rock with stiff springs. There is loads of mould in the bathroom shower, near the sink, mould on the windows and guess what? Mould in the bathroom ventilation. Plenty of old dust as well and horribly dirty windows. The smell - on the entrance you could feel sweat and grandma's wardrobe from the 70'. The owner's photos also show that it's bright inside. Well, it's not true - only part with the bed is bright, in other part - kitchen, living room - dark like in the coal mine and the light bulbs don't help, because they are too weak. Overall it feels like it's a party student's accommodation. Utensils were also dirty and you won't get something like chopping boards or sharp knives. No hangers in the bathroom. I am disappointed with this and in my opinion it's not worth the money. Considering everything it should be a maximum of 30% of what I paid.
