    Great little pied á terre in gorgeous Trastevere

    This was a great little pied-à-Terre and provided a great base for our first trip to Rome. We loved walking from the apartment in Trastevere along and/or across the river Tiber to access the sights and it was easy to connect with buses and trams when the sights were too far to walk, although we were able to walk to many of them as we enjoy walking. The bed was super comfy and the apartment had all the basics. We really appreciated the quiet location in a side street and the array of restaurants nearby, including MamaEat, a restaurant that serves a complete gluten free menu as well as a normal menu.

    Nothing, really. We wanted a budget-friendly base for exploring Rome and that's what we got.

    Great cosy apartment to stay in Trastevere for a couple

    the apartment was cosy, i liked that you could regulate the thermostat, it had all the amenities that I needed. Trastevere was an amazing neighbourhood to stay in, the apartment was very silent despite the very lively streets.

    I missed wine glasses. There was no shelf to put my soap and shampoo, so it was a bit tricky.

    lovely stay

    Located perfectly in the pleasant neighborhood of Trastevere. 25 minutes walking from Vatican City, 30 from the colosseum. Plenty of restaurants around. Apartment had al the needed ammenities, and the bed was really comfy. Good communication with the owner. Overall the stay stay was really good.

    Nothing that bothered us, but can bother others is the bad sound isolation. Especially any other guests walking the stairs loudly. It is an old apartment so it's to be expected. Maybe putting a sign to be quiet in the hallway and staircase for guests and residents can help.
