The staff did not connect after repeated calls. I tried calling 7-8 times and no one responded.

The staff did not connect after repeated calls. I tried calling 7-8 times and no one responded. I realized that the payment system was not consistent and tried to reach out regarding my query only to realize that I was being ignored. I had delays doing my booking done and it caused problems for my family as they had to wait longer.

    Nice hotel with good ambience

Breakfast was good , Location and greenery was nice.

1)Quality of shaving razor was poor 2) Body lotion was difficult to open due very tight aluminium seal 3) Cloth hanger in wash room was inappropriate.
