    Although we had a lot of hiccups with our bedroom and had to move twice, the staff was very pleasant and were willing to

    Loved the beautifully manicured gardens. Staff was truly amazing and very accommodating.

    The SPA: We were disappointed by the service at the SPA. Our treatment started half an hour late due to the previous client not being on time. The steam room was out of order. The jacuzzi was cold. When we went for our foot massages, the foot bath was not holding the water and draining out. The therapist had to boil water in the kettle because the geyser was not working. They claim to be the best SPA, however we have been to numerous SPAs in Joburg that have way better facilities and their treatments are way superior. I would like to add, that at the time of the booking I got a really cocky email stating that if I don’t pay for the booking by end of business, my slot will be open to another client. However I recieved a mail the day before claiming the steam room is not working. Why wasn’t I afforded the opportunity to use the facilities at another time or given a discount for the inconvenience?
