Horrible Experience
Modern Villa
1. Steep hill and accessibility The villa is situated on an extremely steep hill. My young children struggled to climb it, and my disabled mother could not manage independently. She only managed to leave the villa once during our stay. The difficult access should be clearly highlighted for families and guests with mobility difficulties. 2. Barking dogs Five or more dogs at the neighbouring property barked persistently, including throughout the night, significantly disturbing our sleep. Previous reviews mentioned this, but the noise was worse than anticipated. 3. Animals surrounding the villa Food or seed placed nearby attracted large numbers of goats and stray dogs. Their presence sometimes made us uncomfortable leaving the property, particularly with young children. 4. Disputed €200 security deposit The owner retained our €200 deposit over alleged damage to chairs in areas we had not used and a sun lounger we maintain was already broken before arrival. We strongly dispute responsibility. We requested CCTV footage to clarify the situation, but this was refused, leaving us frustrated by the lack of supporting evidence. Overall The combination of difficult access, persistent overnight noise, surrounding animals and the unresolved deposit dispute significantly affected our holiday. I encourage prospective guests to consider these concerns carefully before booking. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend taking time-stamped photographs and videos of all rooms and furnishings immediately upon arrival, documenting any existing damage before using anything. Record the property's condition again before departure and keep all communication with the owner in writing. Our €200 deposit dispute remains unresolved, and we maintain that we did not cause the alleged damage.

Great stay
Lovely villa, clean and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. Location is perfect if you want to be out the way and not overlooked by others. Only recommendation would be a welcome book with WiFi details, local area/shops, where to empty bins etc Nothing I didn't like just some recommendations, we would definitely return
Location- little bit out the way so defo need a car to get around. Have to drive to shops etc Could do with some garden furniture to sit on balcony/ bbq area House facing has 5 dogs which bark all hours, not ideal in night also surrounded by trees so can hear birds and the dogs all night
