The worst vacation rental experience
La peor experiencia de alquiler de vacaciones Muy decepcionados escribimos esta review ya que en el alquiler de casa Ferli con ViVi Homes al segundo día de llegar sufrimos un robo durante la noche y además de la sensación de inseguridad sufrida en una urbanización vendida como tranquila y segura con supuestas cámaras de seguridad, cuando en realidad la casa esta en una zona alejada con edificios en construccion. Lo que más nos afecto, fue la falta de respuesta total de ViVi Homes y el propietario, falta de empatía, de transparencia y de responsabilidad. Mienten en cuanto a la seguridad del lugar y en que tienen seguro que cubra estas contingencias que por ley sería obligatorio. Luego de 2 meses aún estamos esperando nos den respuesta, a pesar de presentar denuncia policial y carta con nuestro abogado. Lo que eran unas vacaciones para disfrutar junto a nuestros dos bebés fue una pesadilla de inseguridad y falta de soporte por parte del propietario y ViVi homes.
The worst vacation rental experience We are writing this review out of deep disappointment. During our stay at the Ferli house—rented through ViVi Homes—we were robbed on our second night. Beyond the sense of insecurity we felt in a neighborhood marketed as quiet and safe—and supposedly equipped with security cameras—the house is actually located in a remote area surrounded by active construction sites. What affected us most was the complete lack of response from ViVi Homes and the owner; there was a total absence of empathy, transparency, and accountability. They lied about the property's security and about having insurance to cover such incidents—coverage that is legally required. Two months later, we are still waiting for a response, despite having filed a police report and sent a formal letter through our lawyer. What was meant to be a vacation to enjoy with our two babies turned into a nightmare defined by a lack of safety and a complete absence of support from the owner and ViVi Homes.
