  The apartment itself is genuinely excellent. The location is great, the view is beautiful, the layout is very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, there is a large living room, a wonderful terrace, a very good kitchen, pleasant morning sun, a nice swimming pool and attractive grounds. There are also plenty of places for entertainment nearby. From the point of view of the apartment itself, we were very happy with it. Unfortunately, the experience with the management company was completely different.

  This stay was connected with a very important event for us, so before confirming the booking I specifically asked about the condition of the apartment, including a damaged sofa on the terrace, stains on the living-room carpet and other visible defects. I was explicitly told that these issues had already been fixed and that everything in the apartment was in good condition. Based on that reassurance, I confirmed the booking. I also asked whether we could enter the apartment just one or two hours earlier to check everything before my guests should arrive, but I was told this would require an additional payment. The check-in process itself was quite complicated: passport details were required for every guest, including the children, we had to complete video verification, and a €400 security deposit was also required. Then the real problems started upon arrival. The remote control provided for the entrance gate did not work, so we could not drive onto the property or into the parking area. The key provided for the main building entrance was also incorrect and did not even fit the lock. As a result, every time we needed to get to the apartment, we had to walk around the property and enter through the underground parking. Resolving something as basic as providing working access took around two days. During that time, instead of simply replacing the faulty remote and incorrect key, I repeatedly received standard questions such as whether I had pressed the button, whether I was standing near the gate, whether I had tried both buttons, etc. It was extremely frustrating, especially when the actual problem was simply that the provided access devices did not work. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment also did not match what had been promised before booking. The sofa on the terrace was still badly damaged — actually worse than expected — and the carpet in the living room was still covered with visible dirty stains. There were also several smaller maintenance issues.

  Me gustó todo, ya que la urbanización era como vacacional, el piso súper grande tal cual como en las fotos, comodidad de 10, y la ubicación perfecta

  Disappointed

  Lovely apartment which was clean and well furnished

  Location. We were unaware that it was next to a building site where new construction is underway. The noise from this started at 7.30am and continued until 6pm which made it impossible to enjoy the outside space. The booking company were aware of this and stated in the small print that there ‘ maybe occasional noise’ but this is a misleading and inaccurate statement.
