  Dirty and not up to expectations

  Great location, really nice pool area

  The apartment wasn't properly cleaned at all—it was honestly gross. There was visible blood and dirt on the bed covers, marks on the floor, wine rings on the table, and a thick layer of dust and dog hair on the arm of the sofa. ​Check-in was a nightmare too. The webpage for opening the main gate didn't work at all. The app said #14, the webpage said #16, and after waiting 40 minutes to get through to support, the guy on the phone told me it was #18. I still have no idea which number was actually right—after waiting around for half an hour trying to get it sorted, I ended up just climbing over the fence. Thankfully, the actual apartment door opened fine. ​The bed setup was also really weird. The mattresses themselves were completely bare with no sheets on them, just a mattress topper on top with a single sheet over it. For basic hygiene, you'd expect the actual mattress to be covered too. ​On top of that, some of the furniture (like the balcony set) wasn't the same as what was shown in the photos. ​Usually with holiday rentals, previous guests leave behind basic bits and pieces like dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, olive oil, spices, or tea and coffee, but this place was completely stripped bare. Their towel policy was ridiculous too—you strictly get two towels per person, and they wanted a massive €75 per person if you asked for an extra set. ​We refused to stay in a place that dirty and asked for a full refund. It took a lot of pushing to get it, and Booking.com was really helpful in stepping in. Management offered to send cleaners round, but after seeing the state of the beds, that just wasn't good enough—we wanted out straight away. ​It’s a real shame because we’ve stayed in other apartments in this exact same building before and they were great. This particular unit is just really badly managed, and I definitely wouldn't book another place run by VivaHomes.

  Agréable sejour et piscine au top

  Bel appartement, dans un établissement bien entretenu. Jolie terrasse et la piscine était vraiment top. Assez de transat pour tout le monde et un maître nageur surveille la piscine. Le parking est un plus. L’appartement se trouve à 5min à pied d’un Lidl et Carrefour. 15min pour rejoindre la plage.

  Will not be back

  Lovely spacious apartment with good facilities . The check in was not easy The pool area was good

  The check-in was not great but not too bad . We had serious problems with the water pressure from the start of our stay and it was never resolved . This was a nightmare as there was 5 adults staying in the apartment . The amount of messages sent forward and backwards was ridiculous to sort the issue was bad and with no outcome in fixing the water . I hope the next guests are not subjected to the same problems

  I wanted to like this place, it has great potential but the things I’ve mentioned are preventing it from being great

  The pools were lovely. The apartment was nice, had everything we needed.

  The water pressure is ridiculous. 6 showers in the evening took over an hour. I reported it, but nothing was done about it. There are 80+ apartments and maybe 20 pool loungers. There is a very rude man who calls himself the president and he runs the pool area like it’s his own. There was drilling from 8am every morning… there is building works on the road outside. The check in wasn’t straightforward

  Stunning apartment in the perfect location!

  We have had a wonderful 4 night stay in this beautiful apartment. The contactless check-in was a game changer, no faffing about to pick up keys etc. Once in there were two sets of keys for us. The main front door is opened with a code. The whole complex feels very safe and secure. The apartment itself is beautiful; a large open plan kitchen, living & dining area leading to a large terrace with dinning table and seating area. It’s a three bedroom apartment that sleeps six people, however there was just two of us staying. It was lovely having the extra space. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite. There’s a bathroom with toilet and laundry facilities and then the main bathroom with shower is next to the two twin bedrooms. Everything was immaculate & there was plenty of storage space. I would definitely book again to stay myself and I would recommend to anyone. The grounds and pool area are beautiful & immaculately kept. There is a full time lifeguard/pool attendant which is great. The sun loungers and day beds are beautiful quality. Overall this is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful complex within walking distance to the village and right beside two supermarkets. The perfect place to spend your holiday! Thanks so much, we can’t wait to come back :)

  The only issue was the water pressure. I’m unsure if this is an issue in the whole complex but the evening we arrived there was basically no water at all in both bathroom showers. I thought I would wait until the next morning before contacting the agent however when I checked it was working a little better. By that evening however the main bathroom shower had no pressure again so we shared the en-suite which was working fine. As we were staying for such a short amount of time I didn’t want to take up time by trying to deal with this issue & we were ok just using one shower. However this would be a problem if there had of been more of us staying. I’m sure the agents would have sorted this immediately should I have contacted them but it didn’t really affect our stay.
