  Modern apartment, more residential than holidaymakers.

  Location and facilities in the apartment were great. Really nice view from the balcony and loads of space, its a modern apartment that's very clean and fresh.

  Access at check-in is a bit of a nightmare to be honest. They need to improve this. Its ok for residents there but for a family holiday it needs to feel a bit more welcoming during the initial check-in. Note the apartment is next door to a large mosque hence you need to be mindful of the cultural differences that co-exist in this area.

  Kaunis asunto lähellä rantaa.

  Sijainti oli hyvä ja asunto oli melko uusi ja kauniisti sisustettu.

  Kun saavuimme asunnolle emme saaneet hissiin emmekä asuntoon pääsykoodia, onneksi siivooja oli vielä paikalla ja päästi meidät asuntoon. Lisäksi pyysimme heti ensimmäisten päivien aikana toistuvasti apua ilmastoinnin käyttöön ja olisimme halunneet asuntoon toiset avaimet. Vastaus oli aina että keskustelemme asiasta tiimin kanssa ja palaamme asiaan. Asiaan ei keretty palata meidän lomaviikon aikana ja viimeisinä päivinä annettiin asian olla. Samanlaisia kokemuksia on ollut aiemmilla vuokralaisilla ja toivoin että asioihin olisi tehty korjauksia, mutta ei. En suosittele vuokraamaan kohdetta niin, että olet kohteessa yöaikaan, saattaa olla haasteellista päästä sisälle. Itsellä oli sellainen ennakkoaavistus ja olimme kaksi ensimmäistä yötä hotellissa.

  No air-con in the middle of August . 27 degrees in the apartment. Smell of urine. Broken toilet and broken blind.

  Nice apartment, but pricey for what it actually was. No real care and thought in helping us get in.

  The apartment is in a great location, and it was modern and clean. All stock, the beds were super comfortable.

  There was little care and attention around welcoming the guests. It's a high-tech apartment, and we needed codes to get in the lift and into the apartment. We had no code for the lift, so we were stuck for 20 minutes, with all our cases waiting until somebody had a code for the lift. I received many emails and texts, and all the information was scattered. There should have been a welcome book explaining how everything works when we arrived. There was also no soap in the hand wash, and not enough decent towels. No kitchen towels, no tea towel, so we had to use a towel from the bathroom. We've got no instructions on how to lock the door from the outside, so we weren't actually locking it for the first few days. There was only one front door key, which was difficult for the family of four. The sauna was out of action in the block. I know that's not your fault, but some forewarning would have been good, as that was one of the reasons we booked it. Worst of all, by far, was that you took a €400 deposit when we arrived, without explaining this previously. Two months later and I'm still chasing you to return the deposit. This is the reason that I'm writing this review. I wasn't going to, but your communication around the deposit refund has been awful.
